This book came right on the heels of the Beany Baby toy craze, but it fits perfectly for anyone, kid or grownup, who spends more time/money/interest on whatever the latest craze be, (Barbie, Yu-gi-oh, Digimon, the JFK auction, etc). In addition, the book provides pages of mooks for heroes to wade through in battle. This is my new favorite Chanukah book. Where do you want to be and how are you going to get there?
Michal reminds us again and again in his writing it is about small steps consistently done. It really feels as if the author is just showing off that she knows these big designers/clients well enough to chat and have coffee.. I particularly like the technical drawings that show design details and are like a blueprint that can be used to study good design. There is energies all around us,and knowing as much as possible to help us understand us and them is crucial!. This had the potential to be a good story, but it was not executed well at all.
