As an example, early on McLaren provides a brilliantly simple visual representation of the Biblical narrative according to Western "Greco-Roman" Christianity (aka Catholicism & Protestantism). You may think you can take turns pretty fast, and maybe you can but apply these concepts and you'll go faster and smoother.. Not so with Crooks! I found the villains to be interesting, compelling, and in some cases, very different. It is very easy to understand and to read because Corsi knows the English language very well and makes reading this book a pleasure. There are also extracts from Kubrick's notebooks but his handwriting is difficult to read.
This is a nice super-sized book looking at the art and making of the film. But Robin has a secret. HANUKKAH MOON is a beautiful story abo
