The book also makes numerous references to "first release of the user guide"! Not helpful. It drags a little in the middle but is very heart warming too. God exists, he says, the way beauty exists -- as a human-made idea that we need for hope and inspiration. (Don't ask whyshe just really wants to learn them) I saw this book being used by the 10th graders at the local private school and I was very impressed. I like this book because anybody who struggles with their fitness routine [like I do] and find it hard to carve out the time to learn and implement fitness and health stuff can gain a lot of perspective from this book.
